Description
Pork tenderloin pairs great with Hunt’s® Diced Tomatoes and an array of spices to create a great dish that can be served in several ways.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ pounds pork tenderloin
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans Hunt’s® Diced Tomatoes, undrained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground ancho chile powder
Instructions
- Place pork tenderloin into a slow cooker.
- Stir tomatoes
- onion
- garlic
- water
- oregano
- brown sugar
- and ancho chile powder together in a bowl. Pour mixture over pork tenderloin.
- Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.
- Remove tenderloin from the slow cooker. Slice or chop; serve topped with some tomato sauce from slow cooker.
