Satiny Chocolate Glaze

Description

A glossy chocolate glaze to drizzle over a Bundt cake. It’s also great on cookies and doughnuts.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine chocolate chips
  2. butter
  3. and corn syrup in a double boiler over hot
  4. but not boiling water. Gently stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth
  5. then add vanilla.
  6. To use
  7. spread warm glaze over top of your cooled cake
  8. letting it drizzle down the sides.
