Low-Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla-flavored whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • ΒΌ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 (1 gram) packets stevia powder (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour almond milk into a blender and add ice
  2. peanut butter
  3. cocoa powder
  4. whey powder
  5. cream
  6. vanilla extract
  7. and stevia powder to blender in that order. Blend until smooth and pour into glasses.
