Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Description

Large shrimp tend to get rubbery when cooked. Grilling them is an excellent alternative. The bacon keeps them from drying out.

Ingredients

  • 20 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 10 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Lightly oil the grate.
  2. Wrap shrimp in bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  3. Cook on the preheated grill until bacon is fully cooked
  4. turning once
  5. 3 to 4 minutes. Shrimp will be done when bacon is fully cooked.

Cook Time: 4 mins
