Tamra’s Microwave Tilapia

Description

Tarragon infused tilapia, cooked with butter, garlic and apple cider vinegar. Surprisingly fast and easy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound tilapia fillets
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • ΒΌ cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a microwavable baking dish
  2. arrange tilapia fillets in a single layer. Dot with pieces of butter
  3. and minced garlic. Sprinkle over fresh tarragon. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Turn fillets over
  5. recover
  6. and continue to microwave on high for a further 2 minutes. Remove immediately
  7. sprinkle with apple cider vinegar
  8. and serve.
