Lemon-Butter Salmon

Description

Delicious lemon-butter salmon!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup salted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 3 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven’s broiler.
  2. Combine bread crumbs
  3. melted butter
  4. and Parmesan cheese in a bowl; stir until well blended.
  5. Cut lemon in half. Squeeze one half into the butter mixture. Cut the other half into 3 slices and set aside.
  6. Place each salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil and fold up the sides. Brush olive oil onto fillets
  7. then pour butter mixture over top and place a slice of lemon on each one.
  8. Broil on the top rack in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork
  9. 15 to 20 minutes.
