Holiday Crab Puffs

Description

Tasty crab puffs… made these for the holidays and everyone loved them!

Ingredients

  • 2 (17.5 ounce) packages frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®), or more to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pound lump crabmeat

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Use a 2-inch cookie cutter to cut puff pastry into forty rounds. Transfer to the prepared baking sheets.
  3. Mix mayonnaise
  4. cream cheese
  5. lemon juice
  6. seafood seasoning
  7. and salt together in a medium bowl. Fold in crab meat. Spoon about 2 teaspoons onto each pastry round.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven until pastries are golden and crisp
  9. rotating halfway through
  10. 20 to 25 minutes.
  11. Sprinkle with additional seafood seasoning
  12. if desired
  13. and serve hot.
