  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch chili powder, or to taste
