My crab fried rice, Japanese style.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ water
  • 2 cups uncooked brown rice
  • 2 green onions, diced, white parts only
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 3 mushrooms, diced
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • ½ pound cooked Dungeness crab
  • 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Cook Time: 50 mins

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins
