Crawfish Etouffee III

Description

This recipe you can use with either shrimp or crawfish. My mom gave this to me about two years ago. My husband loves it. We are both from Louisiana.

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
  • 1 ½ pounds crawfish, peeled

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 40 mins

Total Time: 50 mins

Servings: 6
