Inspired by the home of shrimp cocktail–Las Vegas–this dip is a game day party in a bowl. Mix avocados, tomato and lime juice with McCormick® Guacamole Seasoning Mix. Garnish with extra cocktail sauce and enjoy with dippers like sliced baguette or crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados – peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or tequila
  • 1 (1 ounce) package McCormick® Guacamole Seasoning Mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) package whipped cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup cocktail sauce, divided
  • ¾ cup small cooked shrimp, cut into bite-size pieces

Instructions

  1. Mix avocados
  2. tomatoes
  3. lime juice and Seasoning Mix in medium bowl. Set aside.
  4. Mix cream cheese and sour cream in small bowl. Spread in 9-inch glass pie plate. Drizzle with half of the cocktail sauce. Top with avocado mixture and shrimp. Drizzle with remaining cocktail sauce.
  5. Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
