Chili Glazed Salmon

Description

A quick, simple and delicious way to serve salmon.

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, skinless
  • ½ cup VH® Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons VH® Soya Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 serving PAM® Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Spray glass baking dish with PAM®. Place salmon in dish.
  2. Stir together VH® Sweet Thai Chili sauce
  3. VH® Soya sauce and orange juice. Pour over salmon.
  4. Bake in a 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
