Verdelho Spinach, Mushroom and Tuna Casserole

  • ¼ cup Verdelho wine
  • ½ (13.5 ounce) can spinach, drained
  • ¾ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 (12 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 slices bread, toasted
