Lumpia Sauce for Fresh Filipino Lumpia

This sauce gives fresh Filipino lumpia a sweet, garlicky, and peanutty taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until fragrant
