Description
A sinfully rich dish of exotic cheeses and lobster in a rich cream sauce with pasta and a baked panko bread crumb topping. I had a similar dish at The Capital Grille and devised this on my own.
Ingredients
- ½ (16 ounce) package bow tie pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 shallots, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 6 ounces grated Grana Padano cheese, divided
- 4 ounces shredded Havarti cheese
- 4 ounces shredded sharp white Cheddar cheese
- ½ (8 ounce) container mascarpone cheese
- 4 ounces shredded Gruyere cheese
- ½ teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 pound lobster meat, chopped
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
