Southwest Crab Phyllo Bites

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Shamrock Farms® Zesty Jalapeno Sour Cream
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
  • 9 ounces crabmeat
  • 1 piquillo pepper, diced
  • 2 scallions, diced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (16 ounce) package phyllo dough, thawed
