Paleo whitefish and…bacon! You can use any white-fleshed fish, such as halibut or flounder.

Ingredients

  • 4 leeks, sliced
  • 2 ounces bacon, chopped
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 ½ pounds whitefish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
