Description
Every time I make this dip people go absolutely crazy for it! It is a staple at every party and people ask me to make it frequently. So yummy–I know you will love it!
Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 tablespoon plain unflavored gelatin
- ¾ pound cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 (12 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, flaked
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Spray a mold with cooking spray.
- Whisk water and gelatin together in a saucepan. Add soup and gently heat over medium-low heat until hot
- about 5 minutes.
- Mix shrimp
- imitation crab
- condensed soup
- cream cheese
- green onions
- celery
- and mayonnaise together in a bowl. Add soup mixture and mix until blended. Transfer into the prepared mold. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 8 hours
- or overnight
- before serving.
