With a few simple ingredients, cook some of the best salmon! Pairs great with baked Brussels sprouts.
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Evenly season salmon fillets with salt
- pepper
- and dill. Drizzle lemon juice evenly over fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork
- 20 to 25 minutes. Cut each fillet into 2 pieces and serve.
