Grilled Tuna Salad

Description

For this recipe you may substitute the tuna with halibut, marlin, swordfish or shark.

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces fresh tuna steaks, 1 inch thick
  • 3 tablespoons white wine
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 6 cups packed torn salad greens
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
