Halibut Florentine

Description

Halibut in a cheesy sauce over spinach. This is SO easy and the halibut comes out moist and flaky. Great for company because it’s fancy but simple to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 (6 ounce) halibut steaks
  • salt and pepper to taste
