Lemon Pepper Butter-Baked Fish

Description

This is a very simple fish recipe that I make for my family. It’s one of the recipes that I’ve recently added to my weeknight recipe rotation, since the prep time is fast, and the cost of the ingredients is pretty low. I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound monkfish fillets, membranes removed
  • 1 pinch salt-free lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup bread crumbs, or more as needed
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
